OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included.
Returns/refunds will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable.
Returns older than 45 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. Bella Vita Boutiques is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or shipments.

For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Allow up to 5-10 business days for processing. Orders delievered via USPS. Rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.
Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank,
we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained.
This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
PRIORITY MAIL
You may upgrade to Priority Mail. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 1:00 PM EST.
These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
